Why We Only Operate in Accredited Surgery Centers
We perform all of our surgical procedures in a fully accredited, free-standing surgical facility that is authorized by the state of California and affiliated with a hospital. Unlike other practices that perform most of their procedures in their own offices without proper ventilation, HVAC, or even basic surgical and anesthesia equipment, we insist on the highest levels of safety and professionalism for all our surgical patients. We only use board-certified anesthesiologists and registered surgical nurses to care for our patients. While this results in higher costs for us, we believe in keeping our patients safe and properly cared for.
This commitment to accredited, hospital-affiliated surgical facilities applies to every procedure we perform, from Mommy Makeovers and tummy tucks to hand surgery. To learn more about Dr. Lakshman’s qualifications, visit our Meet Dr. Lakshman page.
